Description
2/2-way ultra miniature diaphragm isolation solenoid valves with fluid separation.
With an orifice diamater of 0.4mm and external dimensions of only Ø5.7 x 32.5mm (height varies depending on fluidic connection), this valve is ideal for microfluidic applications with the highest demands.
This inert valve is also available in latching version (NLV series). This reduces both power consumption and heat generation to a minimum.
