Description

2/2-way and 3/2-way rocker type diaphragm isolation solenoid valves with fluid separation.

With 1.6 mm orifice diameter as standard, pressures of up to 2.5 bar and vacuum of up to -900 mbar are possible at all connections, which makes its use in bidirectional fluidic systems at high pressure or vacuum.

A high pressure version for pressures of up to 5 bar is available.

Special designs with optimised pumping volume enable use in demanding analysis applications.

As an option, electronics can be integrated in the valve housing to reduce the holding voltage.
